Fantastic product, speaker is loud, microphone picks up your voice even from a distance and is still clear. Connects to phone easily. It is at a very reasonable price too. A very good and practical buy.

It's cheap, pairs with the phone easily, and automatically reconnects to the phone every time you restart the car if you leave it plugged in. Sound quality is excellent from the speaker. The down side is that it has an external microphone that plugs into the side of the unit (this is not shown in the picture) and has to be clipped on to something in the car, preferably close to the driver, meaning a trailing wire and negating one of the benefits of Bluetooth. The suggestion in the instruction leaflet of clipping it to the rear view mirror is impractical as the clip isn't big enough. An internal microphone would be preferable in my opinion. Also, it only connects to the last phone it was paired with - adding a new phone replaces the previous one. This makes it inconvenient for use by more than one user. Nevertheless, it does it's job fine.

I found instruction to install were ambiguous and difficult to follow. It caused great deal of frustration. I was about to give it up. The seller was helpful in the sense I was offered refund provided I sent back the product first. In the mean time the unit is functioning ok. The sound quality of speakers and the microphone seems to be good. This observation is based upon couple of calls only. I hope the initial impressions are good.

Would I recommend this product, yes if you have some patience.
